I think Jesus is the only one who fits that description - I think he is the only person whose actions fully matched their words. But even if your actions never disagreed with your words, that would just be the lack of hypocrisy - I don't think it's possible to get any better than that. Like Zero is the lowest you can go on the hypocrite scale. I don't think there are negative numbers.
